Integration that lasts.

From initial contact to a successful team start and beyond, we stand by both parties as a professional partner.

Building Bridges That Last.

A Mission Born From Personal Experience.

As a German-Filipino founder, I understand both sides of the equation: the critical staffing needs of German healthcare facilities and the bureaucratic hurdles facing Filipino professionals.

The name ILAVELA symbolizes this journey. Ilaw is the Tagalog word for ‘light,’ representing the clarity we bring to complex processes. Vela is the Latin and Spanish word for ‘sail,’ standing for the momentum we use to reach our goals.

We don’t just show the way; we pave it.

My mother, a Registered Midwife, faced these exact hurdles after migrating to Germany: lengthy credentialing processes, opaque requirements, and the profound experience of professional devaluation. A situation that threatened not only her career, but her entire professional identity. Watching essential expertise become invisible through bureaucracy is the foundation of my personal mission.

We founded ILAVELA to break this cycle. We secure full professional recognition and provide expert guidance to both sides, from the initial contact to successful integration.

Ethical. Efficient. As Equals.

01 MATCHING

Find the perfect fit

We find professionals who are a good fit for your team, both professionally and culturally, through careful screening and personal interviews.

02 - PREPARATION

Targeted preparation

Structured language training up to B2 level and intercultural training prepare candidates optimally for everyday nursing work in Germany.

03 - PARALLELIZATION

Save

time

By running visa processing, credentialing, and language training in parallel rather than sequentially, we reduce the timeline to 6–12 months, down from the industry standard of 18+.

04 - INTEGRATION

Sustainable support

Personal support during arrival and administrative procedures, along with dedicated mentorship during the first months on the team, ensures a sustainable transition without the struggle of a cold start.

Ethical recruitment

We operate strictly under the 'Employer-Pays Principle.' In practice, this means zero recruitment fees for healthcare professionals.

Cultural bridge

Through the personal guidance of our German-Filipino founder, we manage expectations on both sides and resolve potential misunderstandings before they even arise.

Legal certainty

Full processing in strict compliance with the German Skilled Immigration Act and the standards of the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).

Quality through

responsibility

No fees for nursing professionals.

Full transparency for employers.

According to WHO standards and

employer-pays principle.

Ethical recruitment is not a promise.

It is our standard.
